June 18, 2008 -- Play65 is proud to take part in the "Good Deeds' Day", held on Tuesday, June 17, 2008, and to donate 100 backgammon boards to schools and youth institutions in Israel.

Once a year, for the second year in a row, the people of Israel can feel what social solidarity means. Throughout that special day, individuals and organizations are invited to volunteer and to devote their time, intellectual or mental resources on the behalf of the Israeli society. In 2008, the "Good Deeds' Day" was held on June 17, 2008 and drew the attention of tens of thousands of Israeli citizens who had volunteered for the benefit of the local community.

Play65 is one of the companies who have participated in the 2008 "Good Deeds' Day". Always believing that playing backgammon can sooth every sore and appease any row, Play65 couldn't think of a better deed than giving away backgammon boards to those who have failed being born to supportive families.
In the past, Play65 had sponsored The Israeli Foundation for Medicine Funding and promoted "The Art of Reconciliation", a travelling backgammon art exhibition in the honor of Israel's 60th Anniversary.

The "Good Deeds' Day" is the project of "Ruach Tova" (Good Spirit), a non-profit organization purposed to instill "a different spirit in the Israeli society and the Jewish community worldwide, a new spirit, a spirit of giving" and it supported by The Ted Arison Family Foundation.
